NEXTEL SUCKS!! BIG RIPOFF Carol Stream Illinois
Nextel sucks so bad!!! I have to call them every month. The company has 6 phones with individual billing. Can you imagine how they can screw that up if they screw up just one account. I have had to send payments Certified Mail to prove to them that it does NOT take 20 days for mail to be delivered from NC to IL and then be posted to the account causing late fees. OH YES!!! They told me this. As far as Customer Service is concerned they are just McDonald's flunkie's.
And by the way I know that the 2 way radio is registered with the FCC. But, is the phone service registered with the FCC? And when is someone else going to come in. This is a "Monopoly" just ask Bill Gates. He got into a hell of a lot of trouble over Microsoft so what's the difference here?
And as far as you numb nuts responding to these emails you're paid by Nextel to say nice things to just blow it up someone else's a*s.
One of these days Nextel will be suied so bad by the customers it won't even be funny.
I have read other peoples' complaints and they are true, true, true. I agree with them.

The Carol Stream IL address is indeed on the customer bill. It is not the address to send complaints. The lockbox address accepts payments automatically and any other information gets discarded. I believe the bill stub even states that you should not include correspondence with your payment.
You can send complaints on the Nextel.com website by filling out a form, or you can send them via certified mail (for your own tracking) to the following:

Reston, VA 20191
Your complaints will be reviewed and responded to in a timely manner. I just didn't want anyone to send them to an "unmonitored" payment system.
