I have read about the problems people are having with their I730 Motorola phones. Apparently someone other than myself is having a problem. I have no signal strength at all. All of my other company phones do not have a problem.

I went to an authorized Nextel dealer in Huntersville, North Carolina and asked for help. I spent over an hour inside while the young man reprogrammed my phone.

I left the store and the phone still does not have good signal strength. I brought it back to the store and the representative phoned the main store in Charlotte to ask for help. He told me to go to Charlotte and that "DAVE" would swap out my phone for a 35 dollar fee. I never caught Dave's last name.

I was very frustrated. I know that some of these people say they don't have a problem with their phones, "Robert from Bloomsburg Pennsylvania". But this is not my imagination. My phone sucks.

I spent 4 hours of my time today because Wireless Communications Incorporated led me to believe that they were going to fix my problem. I can not bill any of those hours to my client(s), instead I have to eat the time the I wasted there thinking that they would help me.

What the heck, I'm not going to get any where because they don't care if people are losing money as long as they are making money. Yes, I'll probably keep going to Nextel Cup Races and more than likely buy a different phone from Motorola, but not the local rep I am talking about.

I'm done with the I 730 Motorola phone. I am also done complaining.
