We are a small used car dealership in checotah Oklahoma. It started out with our rep from nextgear Brea Smith, she is rude, lies, very upset when we ask her for help. My wife is actually owner of our business I'm listed as a sales person but I run all operations. Nextgear knew this and in beginning the Rep called me met with me.

Then every Tuesday at auction we attend it was like a fight to get our Rep to let me know how much we had. 50k was our budget, we needed more money Brea lied saying we could not use more, I called and spoke to the only honest person I have found at Nextgear a Josh Scott. He informed me that we could go over by 25k.

Brea has been rude even have all texts saying she would not speak to me. We moved to a bigger location and changed banks first bank error caused us to have nfc check to nextgear, once moved nextgear took out several payments without us knowing, this caused a 2nd nfc, which made them put us on risk. Then we see real vampire's of nextgear.

A Katie Piccone risk manager she had made us go through one hoop to another. I have emails saying do this and I'll release a title to a vehicle 2 of which were to banks. Then taking up to over a week. My wife suffers from a leaky valve and now because of stress put on her by this awful Katie Piccone has to go the hospital. We put in request to have myself put on as personal guarantor, Katie has said she will not speak to me Fred Lackey, my wife repeatedly told then to only talk to me because of her heart condition.

Yet Katie and her gang of thugs keep that request as they say it's in process. Yet every day payments come out of our bank accounts. We have been treated like we are criminals. Katie Piccone has harassed my wife, been errigant, condisending, bullied her. We paid 4 titles off on my birthday June 11 on a Monday, Wednesday was told by customer service to send bank statements showing all 4 payments had Clea our bank and our titles would be released that day.

Then Katie tells my wife that she would release them 2 day later on Friday that customer serve people were merely employes n knew nothing of precedures. Katie Piccone makes up all this as she plays her games of holding us on ground with her foot on. Our necks playing with us. This is no business partner only thiefs out to take. Please help us, we need this to stop. MY wife's health has severely been affected in this.
