Nextraq routinely overbills clients and will turn off their service if the client does not pay the disputed bills.  Nextraq customer service is horrible and they bully clients into paying bills that they do not owe because the client has gps equipment installed as an investment and does not want the service turned off.  So, Nextraq customer service bullies the client into paying for bills that they dispute and do not owe, just so they can keep the service on and the gps working.

 

Nextraq has real offensive and rude customer service tactics to make people pay for service that is not provided.  If you do not pay, they turn off the service and try to make you pay for service that is not even provided.  They really try to strong arm the client into paying for services not rendered.

Then, when you finally get fed up and cancel, Nextraq tries to make the client pay a buyout fee for up to 3 years even though they caused you to cancel by not providing andy customer service or gps service.

 

Nextraq is a total horrible customer experience.  And to think that we were paying them about $10,000. per year for all this hassle.  What a joke.
