I ordered a keyboard replacement for a Sony Vaio Laptop a month ago ($88). I found the 2 confirmation emails a little strange as there was no phone number or details ie address of Nextronics. Also a short while after I recieved a 3rd unusual email which had the addresses of many other clients on it saying


Your order is being processed and i wanted to let you know that we are migrating from another site and the name change from our credit card processor is not complete yet.  This is no problem for you but the charge on your card will shows as NT or nexttronics.   


Please don't be alarmed when you see the charge as this is actually for the Y Service Company for your order you placed recently.


This also made me a little suspicious. After a month when I hadnt recieved anything I sent two emails but have recieved no response. Then I became concerned and after looking on the internet found many worrying storys, Ive tried calling the numbers I found elsewhere on the web for the company but to no avail. 1 wrong number and 2 answer machines. I'm not sure what to do now?
