Was contacted by Rick Allen for a grant to start a home business. Told us to send $490 to a grant writer by the name of Candy Benson, and than call him and he would send us infomtion that we would have to sign and send back with all of the stuff for the home business, did our part and have not heard from Rick Allen since have tryed to call and will not call back or answer the phone, he was always on the ball calling before we sent the money and now you cant get a hold of him.
