Complaint Review: NFL Game Pass

I was charged for auto renewal of NFL Game pass Aug.2, 2018.  I did not agree to this.  When I checked my account the Auto Renewal button was unchecked.  I did not see the charge on my account until later that month.  NFL games pass said "you went past our 14 day auto renewal cancellation policy."  Looking on the internet many people have fallen victim to the auto renewal scam and not been given a refund.  I am going to now have to cancel my credit card so I do not get "Auto Renewed" again next year. 

Thanks NFL!!!  The service barely worked so I would never sign up for it again.  The customer service number is only available 9-5 eastern, and all they tell you is to go to the website for any problems.  What a joke!  SCAM!!
