Nfl Shop placed order on 11/24/08 was promised by christmas. didn't receive product Internet
My mom wanted to have a special christmas forher grandchildren this year. Two of her grandchildren lost their mom before christmas. We are very big into football, so she ordered a jacket from Nflshop.com. She ordered it Nov 24,2008 to be here in time for christmas. They told her no later than dec 23.
Today is dec 27 and no jacket. We have called Nfl shop since dec 24 and they proise but no jacket. I think this is unfair to my mom and nephew. They need to be reported.
