NFLshop.com More headache than it is worth internet

I ordered a personalized jersey for my husbands birthday.  I chose the basic ground UPS for it to be delivered.  The town we live in is P.O. Boxes ONLY.  USPS does not deliver to our home only UPS.  As I was tracking this package through UPS on the internet I learned that they turned it over to the USPS to finish delivery because this was the agreement they had with NFLshop.com.  After talking to NFLshop and getting no appology for not making their shipping clear, UPS who once they turn it over to USPS has no information and then USPS who can not do crap with out a tracking number that should have been provided by NFLshop I still have no clue where my package is and know it is not going to be delivered to me.  I called NFLshop back and asked if it is returned to them what do I do next.  They informed me on two seperate calls that the package will be returned to them and scrapped since it is personalized.  They WILL NOT credit my account because it was personalized and if I want the item I have to order and pay for it again.  I am very frustrated with NFLshop and unfortunately told my husband on his b-day that I had ordered it and he is really looking forward to it.  If someone could atleast take responsibility for this or offer the slightest appology I wouldn't be half as mad as I am now.  Everyone is putting the blame on someone else.  NFLshop should make their shipping info VERY clear for those of us who live in small towns (yes they still exist in California) that have P.O. Boxes only.
