Complaint Review: NFX Studios

I placed an order online at nfxstudios.com. Its a latex mask making company, I ordered a one of a kind friday the thirteenth hockey mask, it cost 160.00!!!! this was on September 17th. Here it is December 18th 3 months later and still nothing!!!! . And im in contact with the owner all the time his name is Jason Zyla, and he gives me a different lame excuse all the time !! last week it was "oh my email broke so I couldnt get your shipping address to ship it out." Then the other day I called him and he actually told me his computer "Blew up" what kind of a lame excuse is that??? And so what if it did!! He has my number you mean to tell me that he couldnt just call me and say "hey whats your address so I can ship this out to ya". This guy is a joke beware of him he rambles on how great his work is DO NOT order anything from this guy!!!!
