Received an email ad for the "G700 LED Military Grade Tactical Flashlight" in early December. They were advertised as being 75% off, selling at a discounted price of $35 which means they allegedly are worth $140 each at full retail prices. I decided to order ten for relative's Christmas presents and the offer of free shipping. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive until well beyond Christmas with no explanation from the company. Upon opening the box, I realized that the flashlights most definitely weren't worth $140 or even $35. I have purchased similar flashlights for half of what I paid for these. I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the quality of the product which I believe was falsely advertised. I do not recommend purchasing the G700 Flashlight from the National Gun Owners Association or any other vendor.

Hello,

I apologize for the delayed response and that our product did not meet up to your expectation. I am not sure if you were aware but posted on the order form was an 30 day return policy, so if you did not like our product or it wasnt what you expected, that you could return the flashlight in 30 days for a full refund. What did you not like about our G700 flashlight?

Thank you,
