Complaint Review: NGOA

NGOA reference 320153510074493639 on credit card statement. I bought flashlights and two battery packs from this company at an online store 12/17/15, for a total cost of $153. I never received a confirmation email or a response to my phone call. I tried three times to call and was hung up on each time. Today is January 21, 2016, and I have received nothing from them. I will try to have my credit card company look into this. I advise no one to reply to any of the offeres I have seen online to get a military style flashlight. Saint Charles Missouri

I ordered 2 G700 flashlights  and two battery packs for Christmas gifts for a total cost of $153 on December 17, 2015. I never received a confirmation email. After 2 weeks  I called the 636-922-9310 number to complain but was hung up on after 40 minutes of being on hold. Called back the next day and ended up dailing 1 for a callback, which I never got.

Called back again on th 28th of December and was hung up on again. Searched for other complaints on line and found this site with someone who had a similar story as mine. Was charged on my credit card the day I placed order but so far cannot get confirmation e-mail with tracking number and can't get through to an agent to find out why. Will be seeking reimbursement from my Credit Card Company. My advice would be to NOT Order anything from NGOA, and to be wary of any other promotion online that advertises military style flashlights!
