Complaint Review: NGP INTERNATIONAL REALTY LLC

We recently moved into a Rental Condo Unit in Notting Hill located in the Lake Mary/Heathrow Fl area from Phildelphnia PA. We thought if we went through a Real Estate company things would turn out perfect. The company that had the property available for rent was NGP International Realty LLC Operated by Nancy Pombo and the Property Manager/Sales Executive Sonia Blonsick. The property address is (((REDACTED))) Lake Mary Fl 32746. We moved into the condo on October 04, 2015 and today we have been staying in a hotel and currently have ongoing treatment from the Lung Clinic after being exposed to Chaetomium ("TOXIC MOLD"). We have Medical Bills and ongoing cost for treatment due to the mold exposure in the AC/Unit and throughout the entire unit located at the above address. The Property Manager filed an eviction against us and is suing us for the remaning part of the lease. We filed a response to the clerks office but they told us if we don't put the rent money into the clerks registry we would lose the eviction by default. We have been paying to stay at a hotel since we were told we couldn't stay in the unit with (Toxic Black Mold)everywhere and it waws making us sick. We don't want to stay in the property because it is not safe and unhealthy. All of the Property Manager's/Sales Executive (Sonia Blonsick) was retailiatory behavior because we asked her to provide test results stating that there was no mold in the condo and we told her that the AC Unit and Hot Water Heater needed to be replace. We sent her pictures and she came to the unit and we showed her. Her reply was nothing will be replaced if it stills works!!! We asked the Property Manager (Sonia Blonsick) for our security deposit and she refused to return our $3,000 cash security deposit. All of our Personal Property had been impacted. We have been living in a hotel since November 2015. We just want to make the public aware of this Real Estate Broker and her company NGP International Realty LLC. They take advanage of people moving to Florida from maybe another state or another country. Black Toxic Mold is harmful if exposed too it can affect your healthy severely. We have several pictures, videos, Lab Test Results from PRO-LAB SHOWING ALL THE PROOF THAT MOLD WAS PRESENT IN THE AC UNIT AND THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE RENTAL CONDO BEFORE WE WERE MOVED IN. THE REAL ESTATE COMPANY FAILED TO DISCLOSE PRIOR LEAKS FROM THE UPSTAIR UNIT AS WELL AS A LEAKY AC UNIT AND BROKEN HOT WATER HEATER.
