Nguyen Hung Dinh Ron Steen riped off 1.07ct rough diamond from African supplier Saint Paul, Minnesota

Hung Dinh contacted me to purchase rough diamonds via alibaba. After we
agreed to start with 1ct before larger orders, he opened account #
296830 with tnt. We agreed that once he receive this stone, he will pay
for the stone immediately as it was still our starting order.
I shipped him the 1.07ct via http://www.tnt.com
with tracking # 881202722. When this guy received the stone, the story
changed. He told me he has shipped to buyer Ron Steen and that when
buyer receive in 3 days, he will make payment.I was patient and after 3
days, he told me he did not ship to buyer instead he shipped to his
other partner who tested the stone and confirm its quality.He added his
partner will then ship to Ron Steen (buyer) in CA. After another 3 days
he told me that stone was missing and that he trusted his partner before
shipping to her. He then promised to pay me after two weeks.
After
a few days, he sent me another email that buyer received stone and will
pay me next day. The next day, he told ,me in three hours buyer will
send payment. I waited for payment in three hours and for an additional
one week to no avail. He was not responding to my emails any more even
when i meet him online. I sent him email threatening i will inform FBI
and same time he responded saying they could only sell stone for 200 usd
as if we made agreement that he will sell before paying me.
Since then, he and Ron Steen have refused to respond to my emails despite the many emails i sent to them pleading for updates. I also requested they should send tone back but no one ever respond to me.
This
has every indications that i have been rip off and until they will pay
me or send stone back, i will advice other suppliers to be careful with
these guys.

Absolute rubbish. The Cameroon poster is a liar.
He is using the tracking number as a ruse to point the finger at an innocent, probably a victim he does not like. The tracking indicates that the package in question was delivered to SAINT PAUL in Minnesota, that's a long way from the address he gave, and was signed for by one H.NGUYEN. I filed a report against Hung Nguyen Ding because he was
middle man to the buyer who received my stone and disappeared.
Mr. Hung's name and company was dragged to the mud when i filed this report
because the end buyer had disappeared when he received the stone.
I am satisfied with Hung Nguyen Ding and his company Gnet Trades, LLC. 417 University Ave. Saint Paul, MN 55103 USA.
