Isn't this just AMAZING!!! Grant lets his employee's suffer with hardly getting any pay while he goes on a cruise. Must be nice. We see who he is thinking about!! Nobody but himself.

He cares nothing about our pay. He makes to where our pay check's go to being nothing. There are a lot of employee's that have been loyal for years and what does he do?? Sure doesn't think about them and their family. He only thinks about himself and the business. Yes you have to think about the business but you have to make sure that your employee's are taken care of as well. And yes we are ALL EMPLOYEE'S not Independent Contractor's. We worked for NHCD so that makes us an EMPLOYEE even if we did not have taxes taken out of our pay. And for us that were put on a base pay but still had it taken away from us YES again that makes us an EMPLOYEE!!

And now for the kicker!! SB is no longer in charge of the VW department! LMFAO!! It is about time Grant opened his eyes. SB is now a SALES REP!

How does it feel to have your pay taken away from you!! Bet you are missing that $1500 a week pay now. Maybe if you worked with the Manager's and went to bat for them and did not talk down to them a lot of the Manager's would have gotten along with you instead of disliking you. That is why you were taken out of the VW Department. There still are some of those brown nosing Manager's left though. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!

Funny thing is there use to be about 40 Manager's now they are down to 22 Manager's. I guess a lot of them are wising up. Better start looking for that other job cause NHCD/Global Home Sourcing is going down.

Oh by the way Grant not smart changing the company name. Don't you know we can always do a search and find it?

Apparently you do not need an education to work for this company ..Becasue I have worked with some uneducated and unethical people..



How much were you paid to say all of that????

If you read all of my post you would have read the part that I was accussed of something that I did not do ..That is becasue nhcd is getting rid of all of their employees..I was not so much losing my job ..Becasue I have better one now That actually pays you on time, no bounced checks .

Mangers that actually Manage..You are not one of us who never got paid ..who work more then 40 hrs a week to get what you get..

So you really need to mind you own ...

you will find out when the company goes down and you are stuck with out a job..

Kay, think about this for a second: when you close a checking account, don't you notify the bank of any outstanding checks that have not cleared yet? Any time I've ever closed an account, not one item bounced because I either notify the bank or leave enough money in it to cover anything still out there. NHCD should have known these checks were coming through. Just a thought for you.

Employees in India are guaranteed pay

I think it's funny that according to the new Global Homesourcing (NHCD) website, they are guaranteeing employees from India that they will be paid a certain amount of money each month.



Of course once you do the conversion into US dollars a part-time lead generator is only making approx $157 guaranteed pay a month, but I'm almost sure it's actually quite more than what 80% of their US employees are making a month.



Like I've said many time before - NHCD will always be a scam and it won't be long until they go down. They are trying to stay afloat right now by paying the workers in India to do the work for them because they know that the $157/mo they are paying them is more money than a lot of those people will see and they will work their butts off for them.



They are also hiring managers in India!!! Wouldn't you just love to have a manager in India?

Well Who ever you are you do not want to mention your name ..Wait till nhcd shafts you ..I was accused of something that I did not do.. When NHcd gives me the money that I'm Owed I will quit but i untill them I will keep going ..For your information I do not have a manager ..She quit right after i got fired .. So I have noone to calll because noone wants to answer my calls or emial s ..Why don't you put your self in our shoes before you start sticking up for thsi company ..you must be one of the big wigg brown nosers that we are talking about ..So you should mind your bisness till you know the facts about eveyone on here...

Setting a few things straight...

It's time to set a few things straight. As this is an unmoderated whine board where no one has the conscience or integrity to actually verify the validity and truth of comments posted here, I've decided to very briefly lower myself to your gutter level to provide a few facts.



I realize facts and honesty are extremely uncommon in these posts, but let's try it and see if you and this website can handle it without a complete and total meltdown.



1.To be taken seriously, it is enormously helpful to be able to provide a complete, coherent, literate sentence.



2. When beginning work with NHCD, everyone is provided with contact information for a chain of command that will solve any question or problem you encounter. To resolve any issue you may have it is more productive to follow the appropriate steps. Your first point of contact should be your manager. If that doesn't fix your problem, don't hesitate to contact your manager's manager. If you still feel there has been no appropriate resolution then contact your Department Manager. That info is provided to you in every department you are in, so you should have contact info for at least 3 people to solve your problem up to 9 people or more. I don't believe for a minute that anyone here has made a serious attempt to solve their issues in an appropriate or productive manner. Do you really believe posting here for other hangers-on to read is going to resolve any real or imagined problems you may have encountered?



3. NHCD has not now, nor do they intend to in the future, changed their name to Global Home Sourcing. Smart companies have many and varied interests that change and grow with the trends and demands of the public. When a company creates or acquires another company to meet growing trends, generally the new company's name reflects that particular aspect of the business. It does NOT mean the parent-company is going to change their name to the same as 1 small division. Get real, people! That makes such poor business-sense I shouldn't even have to mention it. Unfortunately, I have to spell it out clearly for the MBA wannabe's on here.



NHCD was here long before you came around and it will be here long after you are gone and that is a FACT. I truly pity all of you that lurk on the board waiting to throw in your two cents of unthoughtout gibberish while spending your days imagining conspiracy theories where nothing exists, besides your enormous leaps to unfounded and desperate conclusions. Your time would be better spent looking for a job better suited to your experience and personality, or lack thereof, whichever the case may be.



As for the comment about the Personnel Dept Manager "not being the sharpest knife in the drawer"... How "brilliant" do you really think you look when you are posting half-truths, rumors and blatant lies on here? Be VERY careful flinging mud. It only digs you a hole while elevating the other person.



PS. I do know that those with little minds completely obsessed with NHCD that stalk this site will start slamming me, posting negative comments and personal attacks. I expect this from you. I know how very small your world has become. But as the truth is its own defense and my statements here stand strong on their own, I will not lower myself again to your level to defend myself or my opinions to your small-minded and petty attacks.

Hi, I no longer work for the company ..So I do not care what i say ..

I know some of those Managers names Sue Rutter..

I wonder if Grant knows how she treats customers and employees..



I have heard that when a customer puts her on hold to long to go get information she hangs up on them then writes in her comments that she did not have time to wait..If you work with Sue and you do not kiss butt like she does you know longer work for her/with her...People that do not need to work need to not work ..



Lets see Robin is brain washed by Grant..SHe does what ever he says ...



we know that all those Sales Managers that make 1000-2000 a week you know they kiss butt..That is

why they are still there..I hate to say this but they have not gone down yet..And Grant going on those crusis he is spending our money they we have never recieved...

So if you are a manger and you do not kiss butt or rip off customers you will be gone ..Just a warning for you to get out now ..
