I tried this NHCD because it didn't sound to bad at first. I paid 29.95 and they told me it was completely refundable.Than they turned around and charged me 18.95 for a long distance plan. I figured it was o.k because we were going to be making alot of long distant calls.

Well I got the first call and than they told me my manager would be in contact with me. I should call into a phone training course that way when she called I would be ready to go. The only problem is I never received a code for the long distance and my manager never called me. It has been three months now and they are still taking 18.95 out of my checking account. Even after I wrote them and put in all of the info they wanted to stop this.


After repeated attempts to contact somebody about this I still have not gotten in touch with anybody. I repeat it has been three months and I have not used anything with these people. I have not received the supposed code for the long distance but for the last three months I have been charged for it. I have not talked to anyone about what I am supposed to do, but they still charged me 29.95.

Now all I want is my money back and for them to quit taking money out of my account
