I am so confused. I have been working with a recruiter for 3 days. She has explained that there have been 3 different changes. First time she wanted me to switch my long distance to a very expensive plan. (claiming it was a business plan that i needed)then she said i could use an unlimited plan that they also offered. When I decided this is the job I wanted, she then asked me for $19.95 for some kind of access code for my first months payment??? what the HE**? why has her story changed 3 times in less than a week?

The first two times she didn't want any kind of investment, now she does. I went online and did a search and found all these post, so thank GOD I didn't give her my credit card. I see post here where recruiters asked for $69 and up....? What is Matrix?

I have sent her an email asking her NOT to pursue me as a new idiot for this company. If they are legit and people do make money, it would be worth the $19.95, but why should i have to switch my long distance too? Lost and confused....

NHCD is constantly changing their phone service. They used to charge a deposit, then quit that. Then requested employees use an unlimited plan, then cancelled that and added Matrix, with an activation code for the first 30 days...they will most likely change this also. They are continually trying to find ways to make $$ off their employees. The activation charge goes to the company for an access code that costs them nothing to provide.

The vast majority of employees don't make a lot of $$. You can sit on the phone for hours without any leads therefore getting paid nothing. Then if you do get leads, there's a chance it may be returned by the sales team as unqualified and you won't be paid for it.
