Don't work with Bill Michaels of Michaels & Associates. This guy is a total fraud. He claims to work with the NHE (National Housing Endowment) Construction Craft Program that is supposedly to help provide grants for instructors for the Residential Construction Academy in secondary and post-secondary schools that teach the craft trades. It's a total SCAM!!!!!
