Complaint Review: Nhe Nicel Rabanes

Nhe Nicel Rabanes married an older person from the USA in order to take his money, home etc. She has been charged with ESTAFA ( criminal fraud of $70,000 USD ) by marriage  Her father has also gone to prison for drugs and has a gambling problem. Ms Nicel has also been accused of cheating in the marriage and many persons have sent texts and emails confirming. There also was many rumors surrounding this person. She took business equipment that was purchased by the husband also and has refused to divide or give up anything because of being poor and greedy.  She had the husband pay for her college. Credit card etc all tne while accused of talking to other guys behind his back. There are many more situations that constitute fraud by her. This behavior while not reported often is very prevalent in the Philippines and more foreigners are now standing up and filing charges . This person Nhe Nicel Rabanes will also be sued for civil damages amounting to 3.9 million pesos or $70,000 USD.  Since this is an ongoing case, it will be updated.  Please stay away from this person as she will be going thru a criminal trial for fraud.
