As an aspiring 22 year old Computer Science major at Columbia University, I eagerly enrolled it what was guaranteed to be the key to my future placement within the computing industry in the tough economic times. Boy was I conned.

A total of $14,600 was directly transferred from KeyBank to New Horizons of New York without my knowledge. The co-signer's signature on the Master Promissory Note is a clear forgery and the associated Name and SSN are illegible.

The entire lump sum "tuition" was dispersed to New Horizons before classes commenced. Based on the "Transcript" generated in Excel, which has yet to arrive in a signed paper form, I was a student from 2004-2007, yet, my registration date for EVERY class was 4/2/04, even if I attended the class in 2007.

I am unaware of any bona fide school which pre-charges for non-attended courses. The "transcripts" which have been sent to me upon threat of legal action, are all different. There is no rhyme or reason to their record keeping.

I seek further legal assistance.
