Niall reached out to our company looking to sell his product. After a number of back and forth emails we sent him a PO/Order. We then proceeded to pre-pay via wire transfer for the merchandise we ordered, and got an email back from him that the merchandise was sold to someone else.
We have spent time and money, and have been in constant contact with Niall on our every move. We had commitments to the invenory, and we got the rug pulled from underneath us by Niall.
His word means nothing, and this company cannot be trusted. I wouldnt deal with Niall moving forward and I urge anyone who does to stay 10 feet away. He cannot be trusted, and all he does is give you the run around.
Many other beverage companies to deal with. Product line is nothing to run to mom about either. We figured to give this a shot, but we are now chasing him down for our money which we are hoping he returns.
We have reached out to our attorney, and we are in the process of filing a lawsuit against him and the company. This is just my first stop here, but I will be sharing this experience on many other platforms so the word is out.
