I purchased a Samsung 42" plasma TV from this company. When it arrived, it did not work properly, so I called Samsung; they advised that the TV was defective and had to be returned to the dealer for replacement, as it was only 1 day old.

I contacted Nice Electronics who refuse to be of ANY help, and WILL NOT exchange the TV. They say that they have a NON-RETURN policy on televisions, even though they shipped me a defective item (for $2300).

I told them that Samsung insisted the TV be replaced, and they tell me to inform Samsung about their company's non-return policy on TV's.

Everytime I call, I get transferred, and then disconnected.

I am stuck with an expensive TV that is defective, and this company will not replace it. They are extremely rude.

They pressured me to buy many extras such as a surge protector; otherwise the manufacturer's warranty would be voided. They charged me $199 for a surge protector that 8 other companies charge $24.99 for. When I cancelled the order for the surge protector, the would only give me $115 back - even though the item had not shipped yet.

They promised to refund the amount of price drop before the item shipped; this never happened, never received $299 for returned wall mount (costs $89 everywhere else), or $399 for cancelled extended warranty.

I finally had to dispute the charges with AMEX.
