My experience with this company was horrendous. The company's customer service is the worst service I have even experienced as they have an extremely difficult time in answering their phone and not calling back even though they promise they will.

In the latest example, today I spoke with Michael at 9:30 AM, who claims to be a manager and rudely told me that he would call me back after 3 PM without even listening to my situation. I told him that this was an emergency and that I had called twice already this morning and was hung up on the first time and left a voice mail the second time. I explained that after hiring them and unpacking I am missing a $250 digital camera.

He told me he could not doing anything at this time because he was not in his office. I found this strange considering I called their 888 number and thought that it was their office number. I don't believe that a good business should have the calls going from their office number forwarded to their cellphone as was the situation in this case confirmed by Michael. Currently it is 6:30 PM and Michael has yet to call me back.

Overall, their service in moving my things was terrible as they destroyed property in our new home and their customer service was even worse. Someone should look into their practice and others should be made aware of the type of poor service they will receive if they choose to hire this company.

I have reviewed the report of Brian posted in July of 2008. Often people pack small items and telephone to state that something is missing immediately after the move. Except for him, the items are always found after unpacking. This customer telephoned after his move to state his $250.00 camera was missing. (Although the Law in the State of New Jersey does not hold us responsible for broken or missing items that were prepacked by the customer) I did not ignore the customer. I investigated this matter with the employees who were present throughout the move. I contacted Brian to relate that our search did not reveal his lost camera. I requested that he forward a receipt for the camera in order to determine if in fact a camera existed. I did this at the advice of my lawyer who told me that there are many people who will try to rip me off, because they know we are very concerned about our reputation. Brian never produced a receipt for the camera and let the matter drop. We even wrote him a letter that he never responded to. We feel that this posting is completely unfair. You can check with the Better Business Bureau to see that there are absolutely no complaints against our company. In fact, I am forwarding you 26 written recommendations from customers and a Certificate from the Better Business Bureau and request you post them along with my rebuttal.
