Complaint Review: NiceKicks

I ordered 3 pairs of Jordans a month and a half before Christmas, after contacting the company by email (only way to communicate with them) at least 20 times, I finally received the shoes the day before Christmas. One of the pair of shoes had a left size 10 1/2 and a right size 11 shoe.

The second pair was definitely not original Jordans, they were a poorly sewn pair of shoes. The last pair was o.k., but all of the shoes were smashed because they were wrapped in Saran Wrap instead of the original boxes they should have been sent in! I was very upset with the order and attempted to contact the company several times to no avail.

They had my money, I had the fake shoes, no need on their part to communicate anymore! I will never order anything again from a company I have never heard of!!!!!!
