niche blitzkrieg ripped me off for over $80 in buying their very complicated "easy to use" internet marketing system!

their instructional videos and text are ambiguous and contradictory.  when i contacted support with my very simple direct questions they shot back the same robotic answers to questions that i didn't ask!  when it became apparent i would not get a straight answer i gave up and kissed my money goodbye.  i asked at least five different times over several days ... same result...no answer to the direct questions i asked.

Consumer Privacy Is a Legitimate Concern

#5Consumer Comment

Thu, January 05, 2012

"I personally don't understand why hide when submitting such reports. How will this hurt your privacy if you are ready to stand behind your words?"

1. To avoid retribution. Because sophisticated people who have your name, address, credit card data and other information on file can do many things to seek retribution.

2. To avoid creating a "paper trail" on the Web, for reasons that are similar to the one cited immediately above. It can be disadvantageous for someone to have a searchable record on the Internet that involves a complaint, even a legitimate complaint. A prospective employer, for example, may look askance at someone who complains ("rocks the boat").

That is why Ripoff Report gives the option of being anonymous. A complaint on Ripoff Report is not the same animal as a profile on Google+. They are inherently different in nature.

This is not intended to argue that the original complaint was necessarily valid but rather that some of your reasons for questioning it are not.

Sure, let that be. That's why I said "Even If..." many times.

I personally don't understand why hide when submitting such reports.

How will this hurt your privacy if you are ready to stand behind your words?

In any case, besides this fact, I already stated that this person had plenty of options if they were not satisfied in some way.
They would get help.

The original report is not legitimate, doesn't reflect the reality, and shows poor ethics.

P.S.
I like where Google is going with Google+ real names because in today's online environment I can go, stay anonymous, and spill dirt on any business I'd like. Ripoff Report is just one of these sources.

Rebuttal Error

#5Consumer Comment

Wed, January 04, 2012

The rebuttal is quite detailed but it contains a major error.

The person rebutting says that the complaint is not legitimate based in part on the alleged name of the consumer, Glen Allen, which does not exist in their customer database.

Glen Allen, however, was not given as the name of the consumer. Glen Allen, VA (Virginia) is his location. It is a real city in Virginia. Google it and you'll see.

The complainant does not give his real name but many people do not, for good reasons (privacy).

It is possible that the complaint is not legitimate but not because of the name Glen Allen.

These Claims and Statements are Simply False

#5UPDATE Employee

Sat, December 24, 2011

This is Max Minzer from Michael Brown Support (which includes Niche Blitzkrieg Support as well).

Unlike the person who created this report and making up a fake name, I'm not hiding my real name.

If you're honest, trustworthy, and have something against someone - you come to the person and say what you have to say in their face and get things resolved, not lie behind their back.

This person is lying behind our back. Not cool.

Here are the facts:

1)   Glen Allen doesn't exist.
First time I've read this report, I went to look for any correspondence related to "Glen Allen" so I can post our responses for everyone here to evaluate.

However, "Glen Allen" (the imaginary person who created this report) is nowhere to be found in our database.
Our database has records of all ticket information associated with all tickets and emails submitted to our support system.
Searching for "Glen Allen" or searching for "Glen" or "Allen" and trying to find something close to "Glen Allen" gave no results. Nothing close.

It is obvious that whoever this person is (who is trying to hurt Michael Brown and Niche Blitzkrieg) he doesn't want to disclose his real identity and is just lying and making false claims for no reason.

2) We refund within 60 days. No questions asked.

One creates ripoff report when they didn't get their money back which is NOT the case here.

Standard price for Niche Blitzkrieg is $4.95 for 7-day trial (so you can check if the course is for you) and then $77 full course price.
Both of these prices are completely and absolutely refundable within 60 days.

There are no tricks, no questions asked, no excuses made up or anything of that sort.

You contact the support via email or support ticket - and we create a refund which is process via ClickBank and you have your money back on your PayPal or card within 2-3 business days.

Again - no questions asked.

"Glen Allen," besides the fact that he doesn't exist, never asked for his "over $80."

If he would ask for them within 60 days - he would get a refund.

3) Even if "Glen Allen" did exist, we do not use automated answers for customer questions.
Unless it's a generic request for cancellation or refund that just requires our confirmation, we do not use automated answers/templates.

All questions are answered by real people that think about questions before answering them.

Some questions take me personally 10-30 minutes to analyze, fully answer, and give good explanations.
It takes effort. We don't ignore any questions and always approach them properly.

This claim by "Glen Allen" is false.

4) This person had plenty of choices
Even if the person who created this report did contact our support and was not satisfied with something - he had plenty of choices.

He could easily ask for refund.

If you ask for refund and get your money back - that's not scam and there's no reason to report it as such. That's obvious.
You create a "ripoff" report when you... get ripped off. This person apparently didn't get ripped off.

As a normal human being (take an example from school) - you listen to the lesson [Niche Blitzkrieg lesson]. If you don't understand something - you ask teacher a question [contact Niche Blitzkrieg support]. Teacher answers it for you [like we did]. If you still don't get it - you ask the teacher to explain it to you again or ask them to explain it differently after school.

What "Glen Allen" did here was - he got our responses and even though he needed more explanation to understand something - he, instead, went and (going with our school example above) "reported the teacher for child abuse" because he didn't want to spend extra time to understand the lesson. We were there to help. He didn't want that. He just decided to report us for his failures instead.

4) Someone just wants to hurt this business
With all of the above said, Glen Allen doesn't exist or doesn't want to resolve this issue reasonably. Someone just wants to hurt this business.

There are always people that will spill coffee on themselves and will take you to court for that (because you made it too hot lol).

There are always competitors out there that just want to put a lot of dirt on your business so that they can gain from that.

Since there are no facts from the other imaginary side of "Glen Allen," I think that it's either a competitor who wants to discredit Michael Brown and his business in this way (because his false statements are very generic and can be applied to any business) or someone who doesn't have patience to learn (which Niche Blitzkrieg course requires) and just looks for people responsible for his own failures.

Off the topic a bit - Niche Blitzkrieg and Michael Brown are well respected in internet marketing community.

We normally refer people that doubt authenticity of Niche Blitzkrieg to Paul Schlegel from http://www.workathometruth.com because he's a credible source and well known for exposing scams online and finding real opportunities for working from home.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Michael Brown Support:

There is a picture of me below.

If someone didn't satisfy me - I contact them and resolve the issue. Weird, but that always works for some reason (sarcasm).
I don't go anonymous and report them as scam like this person did.

Online Business is still business. There are proper ethics here. As in "real" world - some people just don't get them and can only sue and report, unfortunately.
