Niche M Maxwell is a man who can not be trusted he comes to your home sits down with you and says he can fix your roof throught his construction company which might not extist.
He gives you his drivers license,which i wrote down the address and license number, he is black and works around the Queens area.
So beware he gives you papers with the name Apollo construction company on it .
