Nicholas J Kostas Nick Kostas Ripped off by a con artist Smyrna Georgia
Beware of Nicholas J. Kostas aka Nick Kostas of Smyrna, GA. I entered into an agreement with him in writing through a self-directed IRA for nearly 6000.00 with a 2 year payback plus interest. Nick makes himself appear trustworthy when he is nothing more than a scammer. He claims to be an expert in tax deeds and probably does to others what he did to me.
He defaulted on the loan. He sent me dozens of emails apologizing and stating he'd pay me back. He changed his phone number. I hired a collection agency.
He claims to own a company, Majestic Enterprises, which, if it even exists is nothing more than a shell company. I don't believe he's worked a real job in years. He has a brother who is a chiropractor and owns the property Nick and his mother live in.
DO not trust him and do not give him your money.
