Complaint Review: Nicholas Johnson

Nick knocked on my door and told me that he saw my van needed some paint repair. He told me he worked for a mobile auto repair company, that he finished a job early and had some extra paint. He told me the color code of the paint before I showed it to him. He said he had his wife and daughter in the car and was looking around te neighborhood for extra work.

He told me he could fix the paint, and restore my headlights for $350. I asked if he would take a check, he said he would knock $10 off and I would not have to pay taxes if I paid cash. He said he would not take a dime until all of the work was finished and I was happy with the work. I asked to see his license. He said he would check in the car, he said it was in his other car. I told him if he showed me his license we could do something. He never camce back.
