My wife and I retained Nicholas P. Frye to represent us in a case to recover our personal wedding video from a videographer that we hired and we have left several messages and phone calls without any communication from Attorney Nick Fye. He ignores every and all communications we have sent and other clients can not get a hold of him. We walked away from his clients on a case and we have no other resolution but to report to the BBO and BBB.

I hired Attorney Frye at the recommendation of a friend - and I have to say that there couldn't have been a better recommendation given. I in turn would recommend Nicholas Frye to ANY ONE who is in need of good legal representation. Atty Frye sat down with me for my initial consultation, and from the very beginning, I knew that my best interest would be represented, and that he was not only working for me, but he understood my concerns, and kept focused on the outcome that I was looking for - and yes, he ultimately obtained that outcome for me. Attorney Frye spoke with me on a level that I understood - taking time to explain the laws to me and assuring that I understood them. He kept me informed at all times! I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Mr. Frye turned his back on dozens of couples he represented against our wedding videographer who we still have not had any resolution after two years. I have left several messages and phone calls for Mr. Frye as to the status of a judgment he obtained in 2013 and he has failed to return any of my calls. Several other couples he represented are in the same situation.
Therefore, as a result of this, I am leaving this review to get the attention of Mr. Frye. I am not happy with the lack of response.

I'm assuming that both these posts are from Jesse J. Clark, a scam artist I put out of business three years ago when the police and Attorney General couldnt.
If you have any concern, feel free to call the BBO and/or BBB and you'll find that I have never had a complaint filed against me in the entire time I've been practicing law.

Jesse, I take pride in the fact that I ruined your life so much that three years later you still need to come on stupid sites like this and make fake posts. You're a coward and even if you could come back to Massachusetts without going to jail, you'd be too afraid to come see me face to face. I don't have to hide behind the internet, you know where I'm at. Come face me you pathetic coward.
Oh and I still goes over $150k is judgments against you that are good for 21 years. Have a nice life in hiding, clown.
