Nick De Rooy (NDR) he has been involved in a series of schemes over a 15 year period and is believed to have taken more than £10 million which has not been used for the intended purpose, but as is often the way has been used to fund his own lavish lifestyle.
From about 2012 NDR claimed to people that he was buying gold and diamonds and that he was in the process of buying or had bought a diamond mine / Was in the process of or had bought a gold mine / Was setting up a private bank worth millions. I now know that documents NDR was producing had been falsified.
He has signed a statement admitting he scammed me and saying he would give my money back but every since signing this he has continued to give excuse after excuse for not repaying me. All the time I have been monitoring his social media and he continues to spend my money on his lavish lifestyle. There are photos on his facebook of him regularly holidaying in that Carribean, renting high speed boats, wearing high quality clothing, jewellry & watches. He has also bought property in Florida and a yacht for his mother Sally DeRooy who lives in the UK.
He now claims to have opened a bank called 1NLBank and I want to make sure that noone else falls into the trap I fell into.
