In April 2023, I invested $8,500 in BlockXChange.net, based on promises from the YouTube promoter Nicholas Shawn and his company MissionFX Trading. An additional $7,500 was invested following promotional materials claiming a six-month return. However, by June 2023, my account vanished, taking with it all access to my funds. Communication with support teams—emails and correspondence with “Joanne Nashgard,” the supposed BlockXChange agent—have yielded no resolution.
Despite promises of recovery, I am left with no reimbursement. This case has been filed with the New York State Attorney General, urging action against Nicholas Shawn, MissionFX Trading, and associated entities for fraud and unlawful retention of funds.
