On May 9,2000, Attorney Burgrabe mailed a demand letter to my wife and I demanding amounts not owed and $1,000.00 in interest in less than 45 days. He filed an illegal law suit against my wife and I because we as individuals refused to pay a fraudulant bill from Tarter Brothers Inc.
We have sued Mr. Burgrabe in Federal Court (see United States District Court Central District of Illinois number 01-3146 Filed May 07,2001 and Cook County, Illinois Court case number 02M1177511 for Breach of Contract.
The Federal Court Judge ordered Attorney Nick Burgrabe to pay $5,020.00 in damages. HE HAS REFUSED TO PAY THE JUDGEMENT.
During the Federal hearing Attorney Burgrabe admitted under oath on the recorded that he lied in his Federal written interrogatories. He has filed fraudulent affidavits in Logan County Court Case number 2000-LM-49, sued the wrong parties, Stalled the legal process, withheld evidence and there are many more issues.
The Logan County cases have now stalled and we are unable to proceed to the jury. He refused to file a answer within the 30 days pursuant to statute and filed answer approx. 173 days in default.
