Owner Nick Hines is a Work Place Bully, who exploits the employment seeking public. Nick Hines in association with his "Insider" Michael Bush used me to generate leads for the company, and will share in any commission that result form those leads. I asked for a reasonable severance for my time and trouble. Nick Hines told me: "Go f**k Yourself"
Nick Hines and Kyle Gerlads are the owners of this company. Exploiting sales and marketing help seems to be their business model. I would not work for this man, Nick Hines or his company. My recommendation to anyone considering employment with Vault Metal LLC is to get your contract in writing, before you pick up the phone. Paid training is also a must. Nick is completely anal as to how he wants you to work the leads with his computer software.
Michael Bush "Untrains you" and then reports you. Accept no computer training unless you are being paid for the training. The selling process well intrigrated into the computer software will require two weeks to master. Get paid for that! I have seen this business model before. Using the job seeking public as "Throw away employees" is a despicible way to try and grow a business. Makes you wonder how long they intend to stick around...
