I had an awful experience working with Spiwak & Iezza. (I work full time with attorneys.)  I worked with Nick, Jeff, and Dixon.  They made me think they knew what they were doing but they didn't.  They missed a filing date and didn't tell me they missed it.  They told me the judge ruled against us!  Then the motion they filed had to be redone by another attorney because they didn't even file in it the correct federal format. I do not recommend this law firm.  I am going to be contacting the CA Bar as well as their insurance company.

While the reply was filed two days late by the Spiwak & Iezza law firm, I was just told that the  judge  MAY NOT have ruled against me because it was late...  Whatever.  They still didn't tell me they filed late.
