Lists himself as a realestate appriaser. Takes 50% up front then doesn't deliver the appraisal.
Did a internet serach after the 4th time he said he was sending the appraisal and found out it is a scam, and he is a rip off artist.
This guy shows up with a camera and takes the pictures, but never produces any work. Dad is sick in the hospital lines, etc for why he doesn't send the report.
Secretary will send it.
