I told him, "His efforts were pointles and to refund my money. He didn't even have a copy of my signed retainer agreement. Instead of refunding my unused portion, he sends me a Fee Arbitration application, knowing the fiiling fee is expensivie and takes months to be heard. What a d**k. When I asked for my money back, he sent me a Fee Arbitration form and wouldn't refund any of my money, knowing that the filing fee is expensive and takes months before the hearing, like small claims, gets to court. I wasted $1,000.00 on him.
