 Nick Welch of Dallas Patios and Exteriors is a dishonest man, takes deposits without actually doing the work. When he actually does work he fails to finish the project, instead offering excuse after excuse as to why he can not complete the project. Many people have fallen victim to his deceptive buisness practices. He lies so often he often catches himself in his own lies. He is no stranger to the law and long criminal history. When his theft and lies caught up with him he changed company names and started to use his middle name to run his new buisness.
