Complaint Review: Nicklin Property Management

Nicklin Property Management has an underhanded agenda colluding with a terrible evil entity Nevada Association Services. 

How this works is Nicklin's main objective (as with all corrupt HOA management companies) is to lien on your home at any cost while extorting whatever frivolous fines possible along the way.

As with my case, they broke the CC and R's (rules and regulations) of the community I live in order to "pass over" the account to their crooked, underhanded partners at NAS (Nevada Association Services).

Nicklin is to blame for the rise of "HOA Syndrome" is Las Vegas/Henderson and surrounding area. 

In fact, Nicklin is the main reason Dr. Solomon (hoasyndrome.com) defined the medical condition as they "manage" his personal community also colluding with NAS.

Everyone I ask has a problem with Nicklin whom lives under their corrupt dictatorship and is victimized by their extortion agenda. 

Do your homework before buying into a community managed by Nicklin, from what I see online they are just as crooked as a rental management company.
