Complaint Review: Nicky Rae

 On July 1, 2016, I ordered a Bang Belt from Nicky Rae, the Founder of Bang Nation. I got an email from PayPal (ALWAYS USE PAYPAL) stating that my payment had cleared on July 7, 2016. I awaited further follow up in the days to come in reference to shipping and delivery but never received anything. (I always check spam & junk folders). It's now almost the end of July and I've yet to receive a status update about my order or the actual order itself. I sent an email inquiring about my order on Monday, July 18, 2016 and was met with no response. I sent another email on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 to a different email account listed and was still met with no response. I sent a third (and final) email on Friday morning, July 22, 2016 in hopes that maybe I would get some assistance. Nothing at all. I sent a direct message to her on Instagram in reference to this. No response of course. I also posted a comment on her page inquiring about this whole thing. All I wanted was a clear update. I was never rude in my inquiries to her about this. I just wanted to know what was going on. If there is a back log, just say so. If they were never in stock, just say so. If it takes a month to get here, just say so. She owes the customer at least that much...along with the product. I got nothing. I'm disputing this with PayPal because at this point, I want my money back instead of hoping and wishing for a response or product that I won't get. I'm not telling you where to spend your money. I'm not telling you who to support. I'm just making you aware of my experience with this business. I guess I should've researched more before I ordered because there are similar experiences posted like mine. Stay aware.
