Complaint Review: Nicnacs-General

Nicnacs-General took payment for a sweatshirt that i ordered in March and did not recieve the item. Now their website is not available and I can not contact them for a refund. Chula Vista California

I ordered a sweatshirt back in March and they took a payment of $45.98 for it and I never recieved the item. I have tried to contact them and the phone that is on the transaction goes to someones personal phone. The website is not available anymore at this time and has not been avialble since April. I am very upset and would like my money returned. The credit card company that I used is trying to help but everything that they have gotten from the merchant says that everything was processed correctly and I have the item which again I do not.

I want this resolved. I am tired of waiting for a refun and tired of getting the run around about this website. I just want my money back.
