Nico Buys Cars Nico takes cars but does not BUY cars Gaithersburg, Maryland
Nico takes cars and does not pay for them. I'm not sure whether that is stealing them or not, but I mean to find out.
On May 27th Sam DeCaria from Nico Buys Cars met me in Alexandria and bought my 2001 Isuzu Trooper. He wrote me a check and I moved overseas after depositing it in my Bank of America account.
Later that month BOA notified me that the check had bounced, so I notified Mr. DeCaria. Through July, August, September, and October, Sam strung me along with promises of checks in the mail and wire transfers.
In late October I notified the Maryland Attorney Generals office of the problem and they promptly called Nico Buys Cars. Another lady from Nico, Donna Marinucci, sent me an e-mail saying that Sam had been fired and that he had bad accounting practices. She promised to have the funds to me by 13 November. It is now 22 November and no check. I recommend that anyone interested in selling his or her car not use Nico. He takes advantage of customers and is a dishonest businessman, as are all in his staff that have contacted me.
Nico lies to customers. Nico does not pay his bills. Nico does not buy Cars.

I sold my Ford Taurus to Nico Buys Cars end of December. First I went to Carnax to see what they would give me. Nicobuys cars beat it by $125 plus they came to my office in Chevy Chase. They gave me a cashier check from Chevy Chase Bank. A tow truck came later in the day to take it away. The easiest transaction I ever had. 2 people told me about this company but I didnt believe it would be that easy. But it was. Unless your going to sell your car to your mom or daughter, this is the best way.
