Ordered a pair of Uggs on 12/5. As soon as I entered my credit card number the screen went back to the first screen where you select the boots to order. Since I has expected to get an order number, etc. I re-entered the ino and it happened again. I entered info four times which resulted in four orders showing in "my account". I e-mailed customer service many times and recieved no response.
I did recieve an e-mail from Visamasterpay@visamasterpay.com confirming one order with a Merchant Order Number, Order Number, Payment date and time and amount along with Contact details with two phone numbers for Customer service lines. and an e-mail address for visamasterpay: csreason@visamasterpay.com. The phone numbers do not connect.
I called my credit card provider and explained my problem. They showed only one charge posting on 12/7. As of 12/14 no boots have been delivered.
When I access "my account" on the uggssalesite.com three "pending" orders are listed.
Buyer beware!! I hate knowing that I fell for this but the website sure looked legit.
