Complaint Review: Nicole J. Huffman

This woman lures men into her life through sex and lies, then after nine months to less than two years, she tears their lives apart. As her psychosis grows, she starts blaming them for anything she can think of, starts monitoring their phone calls and emails, makes false claims against them (she's claimed to be raped and beaten by at least three men), starts to threaten their lives, threatens suicide, and then manipulates them into confrontations where she can call the police and claim abuse while she herself initiated the confrontation and violence. She even pulled a gun on one boyfriend and threatened to kill him. it was his own weapon.

Not surprisingly, all charges against every man were wither thrown out immediately or later completely dropped.

She has a long history of sleeping with co-workers and seducing her male bosses. Often, she is sleeping with more than one man (or woman) at a time. In Virginia, she slept with her boss at a dance studio the very first night she taught there, spent the entire night with him, then proceeded to move out of her current boyfriend's house the next day to move in with her boss. While living with him, she was also sleeping with a fellow employee at her day job. According to her, she slept with one each night then the other the next morning and never got satisfied.

While working at the dance studio, she attempted to convince the owner/lover that he should allow her to use his facility to film low-budget pornographic videos of her sleeping with different men and performing a variety of acts. Of course, he said no. When she finally left him, she took several pieces of video and computer equipment while he was at his day job and away from the studio.

Several years before this, she resided in Davis, California with a boyfriend. While there, she began to model nude for a local amateur photographer. Within two weeks, she was sleeping with him and left her then boyfriend to move across the country with the photographer. She also claims that four days later, he beat and raped her in Tennessee, but she stayed with him for the next two years because he offered to pay for her Masters degree. Eventually her antics grew so outrageous that he asked her to move out. In response, she threatened to kill him with his own handgun. When he defended himself and took the weapon away from her she called the police and filed false charges against him for abuse. The charges were dropped and she eventually began seeing him again and was in a long-distance relationship with him as she was dating three other men. She also seldom has the courage to break relationships off face-to-face and prefers to send emails or manipulate events to allow her to throw you out of her life.

This woman has engaged on a long series of deviant sexual behaviors, including group sex, multiple male partners at once, and exhibitionism. In fact, she keeps a running list of the names (she can't even remember some of them) of the men she has slept with. She has repeatedly violated the trust of her employers by using their equipment and facilities to further her deviant behavior by posting ads and sexual content during work hours and "entertaining" boyfriends on site while she has been in supervisory positions. Several of the men she has slept with have been married or seeing someone else.

She tried to kill herself with an alcohol overdose as a teen and has been in and out of therapy her entire life. Therapists have prescribed her anti-psychotic medication, anti-depressants, and mood stabilizing medications which she refuses to take.

She has a long history of making false accusations against men, manipulating them into confrontations, stalking them, and cheating on them. She has also been repeatedly sued for such actions, as well as skipping out on payments. Two such lawsuits, in which the judgment was against her, are below.
