Complaint Review: Nicole Siracusa Commonwealth Financial

Earlier this month (7/12) I moved to a new area and received a new local home phone number from my phone carrier. Within 24 hours I was receiving calls from Commonwealth Financial Systems, Inc. to collect a debt. Explained they had the wrong phone number and I had only just received the new number.  They refuse to accept that as fact and have continued to call me daily to collect someone else debt. I tried calling the supervisor, Nicole Siracusa, thinking she would be able to help me resolve it.  She said. Is this a complaint and hung up on me.  (Very unprofessional)  This company is committing criminal acts by trying to harass people into paying another persons debt just because they have another persons old phone number. Being older and in poor health, the stress was seriously affecting my health. I have already contacted my phone number and they gave me a new phone number for free. But God help the next person that gets a new phone number that someone on their list used to have.

I am in the process of report this company to The Federal Trade Commission and the State Attorney General Office. No-one should ever have to deal with there criminals.
