Nike Warranty Worthless fraud ripoff, Internet

In September of 2011 i needed to get a new pair of boots for for a new job.after speaking to a few friends they all had good experiences with NIKE boots. I figured hey why not ?  I went to footlocker at the mall and picked out a nice new pair of NIKE ACG Tuff tech (scuff resistant leather) boots.

They were very comfortable. After 4 months of 5 days a week 8 hour days the boots bit the dust. the leather where the toe bends on the outside gave up and disintegrated.

 i was left with a hole on the side of the shoe that let in the cold and water. since i work outdoors, comfortable boots are a necessity not a luxury. I paid almost $175 for the boots including tax and another $16 on shipping them to NIKE for warranty claim inspection.

 I just logged into the website to check the claim status and called up customer service and i was told that professional material experts looked over the boot and decided that the hole was sue to wear and tear. they also noted that the sole was worn.

seems like this "expert" is a professional at losing customers for life. thanks for wasting my hard earned money and time NIKE !!!
