Niki Graves Photography Didn't provide wedding photos, and did not contact us about it Lubbock Texas
We used Niki to photograph our wedding. Everything was good, until after the wedding. I attempted to contact Niki several times after her stated 5-7 week timeline which she promised to have our photos. She never responded. After a month of no response, I sent an angry email, and got a response saying that her computer had gotten a virus. Supposedly right before the 5 week mark after our wedding. How convenient. She stated that she had someone working on it, and promised to let me know when she knew anything. It's since been 4 months, and we have not heard anything. No offer to retake photos, no offer of a refund. No nothing. Very unprofessional service
