We had a very bad experience with this company. They promised to diamond polish and crystallization of our marble floor along with filling holes and crakes with industry standard proxy (not with grout) but the job they claimed they did ruins the floor and have more scratches and frost finish than before. The company owner, Aamir sold us and was persistent that we needed to replace the grout which was not necessary at all. They were suppose to seals the floor and Kitchen granite counter top at the end which didnt happen.. We learned that this company didnt have the expertise of handling the marble flooring and may have sub-contracted the job to untrained worker.
We also got the 2nd opinion and quotes that were far less than what Nikita Tile originally quoted us. Now this company has threatened to attach a lien on our house ---even though he kept the deposit money and we never demanded the refund to be nice and show a willingness to settle this disputeNikita Tiles had provided nothing of value to us only grief and stress and wasted time just before our big party. Just let me known once U make your decision.
