All including myself for outrageous amounts of money claimed owed by landlord Vadavoi I fought this retard on $9,319.13 for over a yr. He claimed that I owed because I Did not pay my rent for nearly a year. WTF!!????!! He finally took it to court and now I have a eviction claim with my name. He claimed the 9 grand was for April late charges and back rent for April. April’s rent was on time and Judge dismissed case as well as May’s rent Judge dismissed. Both months separate Evictions are associated with name. Making it impossible to rent anywhere. He finally got what he wanted with a motion to stop. This man is a foriener from Lithuania or somewhere.
