Just found a couple of articles about this judge nilda morales horror--witz.  I cannot believe she still a judge. they can commit crimes and still practice as a judge?, she should have been removed immediately.  Who is voting for this crooks?  She violated the law and she should be remove REMOVE! REMOVE! Do the tax payers a favor Remove her.    My taxes are high enough to have imbecils like this in the system.  She thinks she is some kind of goddess overstepping in all phases of the law.  PLEASE REMOVE.  

I am writting congress with the help of a paralegal assistant friend.  I do believe judges should be held responsible for their lousy decisions without the defendant feeling uneasy because the judge is going to take retribution against them.  I happened to know one of the cases judge nilda morales is handling in Westchester county.   The father lie over and over, and she knew it! not only because he contradicted himself several times  (he was working 40 hours, he was only working 6 hours, he had a place for his kids, he did not have a place for his kids,  he lived in washingtonville, he did not), however she did not repremend him or took any of his lies into consideration.  Today these kids do not want to go live with their father, eventhou their mother passed away Dec 2014.   these kids saw their father beat up the mother, (according to them, they been writing letters to judges and the supreme court they are 16 years old for crying aloud, how can they not know what they feeling?) they saw dad yelling, cursing, and worst of all FORCE them to accused the mother of child abuse and she was removed from the house.  She was terminally sick. The Inept Judge Nildita still granted custody to the father, "the children should give father a second chance".  Hello! he's been harrasing the kids at work, removed their cell phones called them pussies and worst of all they have a baby sister that he doesn't allow them to see.  Is this a Fit Father mrs morales?   don't think so! My opinion you are just as lousy and as  abusive as the mistreating father.  These kids went on to tell that their father striked them with a garden hose, they used to lock themselves in the bathroom when he got home.  All of these was mentioned to all judges in Wonderful Westchester County and they did not want to listen to the kids.  Today the father still living with a bunch of relatives in a tiny home not providing a safe and clean environment for the kids, but does anybody care? NO the only thing nildita wants is to take retribution because they didn't like her? Wow Wonderful system Screw the kids lets just get the person that doesn't like me.  I urge all the people who know of any case and would like to present it to the supreme court to please go ahead and do so, otherwise the corrupt system will never change.

dear Jennifer, I agree with your comment.  anyone who is over the age of six should know if the parent is abusive or not.  Therefore, Horowitz or any other judge should interview or ask the child how they feel, what happened and who they want to live with. Some lawguardians don't even represent the children well because they are afraid of the judge and don't want to creat friction.  I'm shocked to hear how Horowitz dictates in her court room, where does she think we are, Germany? How can she make decions and grant abusive parents custody of innocent children.  Does she not care because their not her children. she yells at the tax payers who enter her court room, condescending, and rude.  Who pays her salary if is not the tax payers.  She needs to read the cases, question the children, and stop intimidating the law guardias so they can represent the children.  I have read articles about her getting drunk at parties, and not behaving as an elected official.  She needs to be removed immediately from that bech.  We put her there than we should be able to remove her If she is not doing a good job.  remove, remove, remove, save the children and get her out.

This gets better by the minute.  I can't wait to  read about these cases.   In White Plains, lots of people happened to dislike this Judge Moralez-Horowitz.  Mr or Mrs Tyg- since you did not want to post your name, it sounds like you work for the judicial system and you too screwed up.   Obviously nothing is their job they just go to the bench, without reading any I mean nothing about a case, how can you make a good decision?  I do not have any legal problems, my children are all grown up and living their own lives.  But I do believe they need to do a better job.  Every other day you read in the paper how the biological father or mother hurt or killed their children after they have been to a family court judge that gave them back custody.  It is sad, very sad.  Our citizens should check and investigate the judges before we vote for them, but I do believe there is a shortage of family Judges so we stuck with these lousy decison makers that think they know it all.  My niece works in the courts so I get lots of information.  I will be reading on.................

OMG I cannot believe this bs I can tell you that I too happen to think this Judge is ridiculous.  If there is a child refusing to go live with the father because of abuse physically and verbally and she insist that the abuser should get a second chance YES I do believe she is an inept Judge.  she should call in the children and try to find out why these children (more than one, and old enough to speak for themselves  to relate what happened to them to see what went on).  This other person is giving her opinion and it really got to you.  And no she cannot be sue for demafation. you too get your facts together.  Wow calm down

Are you the judge?  there was no social worker involved in this case.   And yes it is their job if you are a good Judge, it is the lives of innocent kids.   How can we stop domestic violence when these inept judges keep making mistakes.  I know there should be a law where these arrogant idiots should be responsible for their horrible decisions.  I think I'll write to Congress and Cuomo.  their busy schedule.  please their busy schedule, they not too busy when they take off from work to attend lunches, dinners, and shopping yes there have been a bunch of them caught on videa shopping on their work hours do don't tell me about busy and they getting pay you moron your taxes (if you not the judge) are paying for them to waste time.

 Not their job!!!! THAT is a case workers job!! YOU are expecting someone who has a very busy and stressful job to make time that they do not have to do a PERSONAL investigation?? That is as unrealistic as your post. Judges, no matter who they are, can only weigh in on the evidence in front of them. NOT what YOU say MAY be happening. NOT YOUR suspicions or allegations. ONLY what is in front of them CURRENTLY. If a case worker DID NOT put into the file YOUR abuse allegations then the judge is NOT going to know about them. And even if there IS an allegation of abuse, the judge MUST weigh the factors involved. Sometimes, like in YOUR case, the judge rules against you. THAT doesn't make the judge bad. There is a "winner" and a "loser" in EVERY court case. YOU just happened to lose THIS ROUND and that is all. Perhaps YOU need a few more CIVICS lessons because you REALLY sound like you ditched that class or was asleep during that portion or YOU would know and understand HOW these situations are handled. While Im sure it made YOU feel better to go online and bash that JUDGE, there is a reality here that YOU are refusing to see in order to make that judge look bad. EVERYTHING YOU DO ONLINE IS RECORDED!!!! So if that judge saw YOUR POST and they chose to do so, THEY could take YOU to civil proceedings and make YOU pay for what YOU have posted!!! YOU CANNOT PRESENT YOUR OPINIONS AS FACT ON A MEDIA OUTLET!!!! THAT is defamation and the judge would be well within their rights to sue YOU!!!! With JUST a court order, which the judge can sign themselves, the judge can get 100% PROOF that YOU wrote this post. How do you think that is going to play out for YOU if they do this?? Meaning that the judge YOU are defaming is friends with ALL the other judges in the area? Maybe let THEM read what YOU have posted about them. YOU need to realize that ALL you are doing is putting yourself and your case in danger.
