Nina is active in several online social forums, including the chat room #Seattle, located on the efnet server of IRC (Internet Relay Chat, www.mirc.com), where her numerous screen names include Nina, NinaF or Koosh. She is also active on the online blogging community livejournal.com where her screen name is NinaF (ninaf.livejournal.com) and she participates in
several communities there, including the Seattle group. She works as a test engineer at F5 Networks in Seattle, a position requiring trust on behalf of her employer, as well as her employer's customers.

Nina's online behavior, especially on IRC, where she can get immediate reactions, is recurrently cruel and disturbing. Since the 1990s, Nina has spent up to 16 hours daily on online social forums, doing and saying extremely hostile things. Many people on these forums have remarked that they are much more likely to see her logged on than logged off. She uses these services at
work, and this apparently caused her some problems at her previous employer. Her words are constantly antagonistic, her grudges over minor issues are numerous and many are more than a decade old.

Some of Ninas inquiries into the lives of her numerous victims border on illegal stalking. As one example of the latter, Nina attained the credit card number with expiration date of a physically disabled person who was a regular in the chat room and with whom shed apparently had no previous conflicts, and posted the number in the chat room's topic line and in her blog.
Nina was clearly amused when the victim asked her to remove the information, and she refused to do so. The data was removed only when administrators of the two services were notified. To date, she still boasts about this. It seems that Ninas
father, Jay D. Forsyth, who is a Professor Emeritus in Accounting at Central Washington University, has not informed his daughter not to financially harass other people. Her conduct is legally questionable, and could pose some criminal issues for her in the future.

Nina has also been involved in denial of service attacks, preventing her victims from accessing various online services. She intentionally bombards her victims' systems with excessive data packets, thus knocking that person off the IRC or the internet altogether.

Ninas husband, Tom Scholl, a network engineer at Amazon, is aware of her internet behavior but has been unable to curtail her aggression. Daily, Nina spends a large amount of her time insulting the traits of others who frequent the chat room. From the familial status to physical disabilities to career choices of her target of the moment, Nina attacks every characteristic and
seems to take pleasure in the distress of others. She recurrently insults persons she considers overweight, despite her own issues in that arena.

Nina has also widely distributed unsolicited graphic photos of her bare breasts and genitals to strangers on these services, displaying her numerous body piercings in each. She continues to do this despite being the discomfort of the recipients. She also boasts of her sexual conquests; six of her many sexual partners are listed under her Koosh and Nina screen names on
the Seattle Sex Chart (pastebin.com/MXbmGysK). She claims that several more partners are not listed.
